This is the latest version of the LOCATOR series of Non Linear Junction Detectors. It is a Third Harmonic Junction Detector, a very important facility for discriminating between false and real targets. This unit also has the ability to select the transmit frequency. In addition to the customary “Geiger” audio, AM and FM demodulation modes are provided. Those familiar with this type of equipment will also greatly appreciate the weight, only 2.24 kg, including the antenna and battery. |
